  16. I've just started windows programming, and am playing around with the low-level
  17. midi routines in MMSystem. In one of the ultrasound readme files, it mentioned
  18. two files called gusmidi.h and gusaux.h which define all of the custom messages
  19. you can send to the ultrasound drivers. 
  20. I cannot find these files. Does anyone have them or know there I can find them?
  21. Also, I've had success in chosing a different melodic patch bank when opening
  22. the midi driver, so I can set up custom banks in Patch Manager, but this does
  23. not work with drum banks. The CacheDrumPatches function does not allow a bank
  24. to be selected. Any ideas?
